Requirement Discussion
Share your concept, 2D drawings, 3D models, or reference samples. Our team reviews your requirements and confirms feasibility.
1-3 days
DFM Review
Our engineers analyze your design for manufacturability — wall thickness, draft angles, shrinkage risk, parting lines. We flag potential issues before tooling starts.
2-3 days
3D Design Confirmation
We produce 3D renderings for your approval. Confirm appearance, dimensions, and structural details before mold making begins.
3-5 days
Mold Development
Mold steel selection (P20/718H based on product requirements), CNC machining, EDM, and mold assembly by our experienced tooling team.
15-25 days
T1 Sampling
First shot sample — we verify material flow, color matching, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy. The sample is shipped to you for evaluation.
3-5 days
Sample Approval
You review the T1 sample. If modifications are needed, we adjust the mold (T2/T3 rounds) until you're 100% satisfied. Only then do we proceed to mass production.

Full-scale production with in-line QC inspection, packaging per your specifications, and on-time delivery to your destination.
