Available Plastic Materials
PE (Polyethylene)
Excellent chemical resistance and moisture barrier. Widely used for containers and protective packaging. Low cost and easy to process.
PP (Polypropylene)
Lightweight with high fatigue resistance. Ideal for living hinges and snap-fit designs. Good chemical and heat resistance.
PC (Polycarbonate)
Exceptional impact strength and optical clarity. Heat resistant up to 135°C. Used for transparent protective cases and safety equipment.
ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
Tough, rigid plastic with good impact resistance. Easy to paint and glue. Common in consumer products and protective cases.
PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate)
High strength-to-weight ratio with excellent barrier properties. Recyclable and food-safe. Used for clear containers and packaging.
PA (Polyamide / Nylon)
High mechanical strength and wear resistance. Excellent for gears, bearings and structural components. Good temperature resistance.
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
Versatile material with good chemical resistance. Can be rigid or flexible. Used for pipes, profiles and protective covers.
PS (Polystyrene)
Rigid and transparent with good dimensional stability. Easy to mold and cost-effective. Used for display cases and packaging.
